The minimum budget is approximately 350,000€ for a two-bedroom unit. To purchase a fully detached villa/house, the budget is 1,000,000€.

Most new build timelines will vary from development to development. However, on average a new build can take two years to complete.

The general rule of thumb is, if you rent your property out in the high season (June, July and August) 12-15 weeks with a 70% mortgage, that will pay for all your expenses (community fees, property tax and payment of the mortgage) for one full year!
