Cordoba Patio Festival

No matter where you're from, you likely have a Comic-Con nearby. Well, living in Costa del Sol isn't any different because Fuengirola holds its own convention on June 4th every year. You can find everything there, from comics to TV shows, movies, anime, k-pop, and, of course, gorgeous cosplay. No Comic Con is complete without panels with celebrities and entertainment industry professionals. Fair of the Virgin Del Carmen
Virgin del Carmen is the patron saint of sailors, and she's celebrated on July 16th. Everyone in Torremolinos gathers in La Carihuela for a procession and mass held in her honor. There's plenty of singing and traditional entertainment throughout the day, as well as freshly caught fish cooked in honor of Virgin del Carmen.

You'll love this end of July festival if you're a dedicated gamer. It's the biggest gaming event in Spain! Streamers, video game designers, and more all congregate to celebrate having a good time in the virtual world.
La Cala De Mijas Music Festival
You can enjoy amazing live music during the first few days of September. Every year, the festival invites famous artists from around the world to come and play, so make sure you get your tickets in advance!
Feria de San Miguel
This traditional fair takes place at the end of September and the beginning of October. It's held in Ubeda and considered well worth the travel.
